fact
the name “tenmanchan” comes from her days as an undergraduate. She was witnessed lugging around bulky subwoofers and other awkward equipment, and was thus given the tagline “She’s as strong as ten men!”
born in Wisconsin, aimee is a lover of all things dairy, especially frozen custard from kopp’s. by a tragic twist of fate, she is now lactose intolerant.
aimee used to spend almost 6-7 hours a week in her extracurricular classical music activities as a teenager, mostly in the local youth orchestra. although a trained violinist, she still prefers to sing harmony and play second fiddle.
She grew up speaking Cantonese Chinese, but can also speak Mandarin Chinese, conversational Korean, and conversational Spanish. Reading and writing is more of a struggle; She can probably read Chinese at a 2nd grader’s level, and is able to read Korean without knowing what it means. Aimee is also fluent in English, just in case it wasn’t clear.
